Soul Work: Severe the ties to what is hurting you

I say it all the time, but I’m going to say it again and then give information on how to take back your power: energy harvesting is real.

If you have ever willingly or unwillingly given any of yourself (body, mind, OR spirit) to another person or organization, you are still tethered to them and your energy is still leaking out.

Read that again.

You’re still connected and a portion of your life force is serving them, not you. Multiply that times all the times you said yes when you really meant no.

It’s why you can’t get over your ex. It’s why your trauma triggers you. It’s why you’re sick. It’s why you’re bitter. It’s why you’re anxious. It’s why you’re angry. Its why you can’t break your addiction(s).It’s why people and groups have been able to hurt you—you allowed your precious life force to be used in a way that was NOT for your highest good.

And it’s still happening.

Good news though! It’s easily fixable, but it takes work on your part. Soul Work.

First, acknowledge your part in the situation. Had you been in your sovereign and authentic self, they could not have abused you.

Second, forgive yourself for being weak and giving your sovereignty away. You didn’t know better, but now you do.

Third: create a private ceremony or ritual for yourself to call back your power.

How to Create a Ceremony

Choose a day for your ceremony. Full moons are the most powerful to harness the energy of the sky. New moons are also potent. But honestly, any day you choose to take back your power is going to be honored. Your soul is ready for this next chapter of a healthy you!!!

(To my Christian friends: remind yourself Who made the night sky. Let those programming statements of “working in moonlight is witchy behavior” fall out of your head. The moon is not evil. Evil people have used it against us.)

Create a ceremonial space. Maybe you have a favorite tree in your yard? Or you can lock the door to your bedroom? Make a beautiful and intentional altar of candles,  flowers, crystals, and incense to set the tone of this being a sacred ceremony.

Make sure you are 100% undisturbed for about 1 hour.

Wear something special or beautiful. Sitting on the couch in a messy bun and three day old sweat pants is not going to show your soul that you mean business. If you want these hooks out of you, you need to show up and make it count.

Do not have your phone with you during your ceremony. The web is a portal to who knows what (have you ever gotten an ad for something you only thought about yet never even spoke out loud?) so don’t leave any open energy near you when you do this wor.

(Tip: If my prayer doesn’t resonate with you, write your own!! You can’t mess this up!)

To open ceremony:

Call on your Higher Power. I personally say “Father-Mother God, Creator of All”. If you are a Christian, pray to Jesus to open up the ceremonial space, but when it’s time to call back your power, don’t ask, COMMAND IT.

(To my Christian friends: can you see the difference between these two phrases: “Jesus help me” vs “In the name of Jesus, I call back my power”?

Those two sentences are still utilizing the name of Jesus, but one of them is still giving power away. The first sentence hasn’t worked thus far  because you are still suffering, and yet you gave it to Jesus along time ago. It’s not your fault, you were programmed by the religious institutions to give your power away)

But now?

THIS IS YOUR SOUL SETTING BOUNDARIES AND TAKING BACK ITS FRAGMENTED PIECES!!!!

I believe that it is very important to speak this out loud. Our voice creates the vibrations that manifest reality, and when you are calling power back into your soul, you need to speak it out loud. 

PRAYER

I, (insert name) clear, cut, and transmute across all time, dimensions, space, and realities: all energies, entities, illnesses, cords, injuries, illusions, lies, spirits and contracts that do not serve my highest good, and the highest good of those around me.

Any part of my soul or my energy field that still has a tether, seal, implant, hook, or illness in it, I cut that cord and pull back the power into my soul.

Any contract I made with (insert name) is here by canceled and dissolved.

Any traumas or injuries  I received from ______ I flip from a trigger or open wound  to just a part of my story that made me as strong as I am.

I let everything that does not serve me go.

Holy Spirit/Highest Light I ask to hear your voice louder in my heart. I  ask for wisdom, strength, protection, and health to stay on the path of Truth, Beauty, and Love and I open myself up to the Highest Light  to receive the codes that will help me serve my path in a way that delights, my mind, my body, and my soul.

And so it is.”
